We’re so excited to have your session be a part of SXSW EDU 2025! With the 2025 schedule now live, it’s time to share your session with the world. We’ve compiled important information to ensure your session promotion runs smoothly.

Session Production Guide (SPG)
Manage the fine details of your session with the Session Production Guide (SPG). Here you have access to edit your session and speaker information. You should have recently received an email prompting you to set up your SPG account. If you haven’t already done so, search your inbox for “Welcome to the SXSW Session Production Guide!” in the subject line to get started. The deadline to request changes to your session is Friday, January 10, 2025.

Presenter Releases
All confirmed speakers in your session have been sent a presenter release for digital signature. Please ensure that each presenter has signed their release, as they will only be registered for the event once the release is signed.

SXSW ID
Speakers can upload headshots and bios through SXSW ID, which serves as a global login for all SXSW EDU speakers and registrants.

To sign in, speakers need to locate their “link code,” which is available in the registration confirmation email. Search your inbox for “SXSW EDU 2025 REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION.” Having issues finding your link code? Email reg@sxswedu.com for assistance.
