We hope your session planning is coming along wonderfully for SXSW EDU 2024! We are pleased to share that your scheduling information is now available.

Locate your session's scheduled date, time, and location in the "Schedule" tab in the Session Production Guide (SPG). Please log in to the SPG to review, and let us know if there are any scheduling conflicts no later than Tuesday, December 5. As the session organizer, it is your responsibility to communicate scheduling information to your speakers.

If you have not yet logged into the SPG, please refer to the unique link shared over email to activate your SPG account.

As a reminder, the SPG enables you to manage details regarding your session and speaker information used in promoting your session across all SXSW EDU platforms including the online schedule and mobile app.

Don't forget that the deadline for any change requests to your session and speaker information is Thursday, January 11.
